M. BAUER (entreprise BAUER rénovation) est un excellent artisan, sérieux et soucieux de donner entière satisfaction au client Il est très à l'écoute et disponible lorsqu'on a besoin de le joindre pour donner des précisions ou toute autre information. Il a refait entièrement la décoration d'un de mes appartements (peinture et planchers) ainsi que la pose d'une cuisine complète qui était compliquée à monter du fait d'un espace réduit. Avec une bonne collaboration avec moi à chaque fois qu'il rencontrait une difficulté technique, il a fini par obtenir le résultat que je souhaitais et encore une fois ce n'étais pas évident. De plus, une des grosses difficultés était que j'ai dû gérer le chantier à distance car résidant dans une autre ville. Grace à son excellente communication (coups de fil, envoi de photos et vidéos), tout c'est fait avec une bonne fluidité malgré la difficulté de la distance. Je suis très satisfait du travail de M. BAUER et je le recommande chaudement.

À FUIR ! John Bauer de "Bauer rénovation" a été embauché pour rénover les murs de mon salon vers la mi décembre (retirer le vieux crépis, faire enduis et peinture à la chaux, installation d'une verrière.) Mi janvier 2025, il m'assure par whats'app que les travaux et finitions sont finis et je finalise le paiement. Je vis à l'étranger. Lors de ma venue, le week-end suivant, je constate qu'il n'y a pas de finitions, que le travail est baclé. À ce jour (juin 2025) il. n'est pas revenu pour parfaire les travaux et à répondu à ma demande par " Et au sujet des finitions Je vous contacterai dès que je suis disponible". Il ne m'a pas fait parvenir les factures (7000 euros). Il ne s'est pas présenté à la contre expertise....

travaux de peinture sur plafond fibré.au bout de qq jours de nombreux défauts apparaissent sur plafond (mauvaise préparation du support). malgré plusieurs appels ne se déplace pas pour réparations. je déconseille vivement, pas professionnel !!!!!!!!
